The real fraud center will only ask you to verify whether transactions are legitimate or fraudulent. If you are ever unsure whether a call is legitimate, hang up on the caller and call your local branch. To report a compromised, lost, or stolen debit card after hours call (800) 500-1044. Never provide debit card information, PINs, or Internet banking/mobile banking login information to anyone. The Bank will not call and request this information.
